Project Controls Analyst

Own project controls activities by working with financial systems to develop and maintain project baseline budgets, analyze progress trends, and assess cost/schedule impacts. Apply earned value methodology to track manpower, labor hours, labor costs, and actual costs against funding limitations. Support forecasting, prepare project reporting, and contribute to contractor invoice review and project cost review meetings.
