Job Summary

Lead and grow the team responsible for endpoint agent, backend services, inference pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and customer-facing product. Translate engineering direction into execution plans, manage delivery and capacity, and drive strong technical decisions through architecture reviews, code reviews, and production debugging. You’ll mentor engineers directly, run planning and retrospectives, help with hiring/onboarding, and bring hands-on experience directing agentic coding tools in a fast, AI-native environment.

•Experience using agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode) with the judgment to validate and redirect outputs.
•Clear communication skills to give direct feedback, align a team, and explain technical trade-offs.
