Assess and document vehicle cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisals, ensuring accurate optioning and inventory updates. Perform high-quality imaging for CarMax websites and support wholesale auction preparation and operations. Verify vehicle secures and confirmations, resolve discrepancies, and assist with inventory management, customer transfers, and lot merchandising. Collaborate with Buyers and Purchasing Managers, help onboard new associates, and follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct accurate vehicle assessments, documenting cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisal analysis.
•Ensure accurate optioning of vehicles during assessments and inventory updates.
•Perform high-quality imaging of wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites and support wholesale auction preparation and operations.
•Complete vehicle secures and confirmations, verifying appraisal details and resolving discrepancies.
•Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, and lot merchandising, and help onboard new associates. Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean work area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.7 - 29.9 hourly
