Key Responsibilities

  • •Bridge Supply Chain and Program teams to manage supplier materials for the Pods Product Supply Chain Team and execute program line strategies.
  • •Partner with procurement to ensure suppliers meet program requirements including contractual requirements, drawing/technical data packages, and schedules.
  • •Maintain and assess MRP environment integrity and the program schedule within that environment while balancing supply and demand.
  • •Own supplier and finance management processes such as risk/opportunity, line of balance, metrics, and material sales forecasts.
  • •Provide program status through slides/files and meetings, address urgent supply chain tasking, and coordinate expedited ordering/receipt of parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years of relevant experience (or 3+ years with an advanced degree).
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain role and/or program/project management.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience working with suppliers.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required due to access eligibility for a U.S. government security clearance.
  • •Experience in Subcontracts, Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing is preferred.
