Infrastructure Operations Consultant - Core Banking

Support infrastructure operations for mission-critical core banking applications running on Windows Server environments. Design operational flows and batch processing workflows, participate in system testing and release activities, and manage incidents with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. Coordinate across infrastructure, application, and business teams while using operational runbooks, support methodologies, and monitoring/scheduling tools to maintain production readiness.
