Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement the AI Assets platform foundation and tooling across discovery, distribution, versioning, quality, and governance.
  • •Integrate GenAI into internal processes to enable replicable adoption across the company.
  • •Collaborate with other teams to build GenAI solutions that ensure smooth transition and ongoing platform evolution.
  • •Implement continuous improvement loops using user feedback, usage/adoption metrics, and emerging GenAI trends.
  • •Work AI-native using IA agents to prototype, implement, and refactor while helping define how assisted work is evaluated and verified.

Key Requirements

  • •Design and implement the core AI Assets platform foundation and tooling for discovery, distribution, versioning, quality, and governance.
  • •Incorporate GenAI into internal team processes as a replicable way of working to drive company-wide adoption.
  • •Own end-to-end solution design, providing action plans and carrying the design from beginning to end.
  • •Have strong backend development fundamentals with Go, Java, or Python, including microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • •Apply software architecture and engineering best practices (e.g., SOLID, clean architecture, TDD) and work daily with GenAI/LLMs/AI agents and system evaluation.
