Job Summary

Design, develop, test, and maintain IBM mainframe applications, supporting end-to-end delivery from requirements analysis to production incident handling. You’ll build and support COBOL, JCL, DB2, and IMS DB/DC-based solutions, perform code reviews with unit/integration testing, and tune performance. Work closely with business users and cross-functional stakeholders while participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and release management.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications.
•Develop and support COBOL, JCL, DB2, and IMS DB/DC-based applications.
•Analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions.
•Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and defect fixing.
•Handle production incidents, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and batch job scheduling/monitoring.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in IBM Mainframe technologies.
•Hands-on expertise in COBOL, JCL, and either DB2 or IMS DB/DC.
•Good knowledge of VSAM, and CICS (preferred).
•Experience in application development, enhancements, maintenance, and production support.
