Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement BIM strategies for complex projects and create, manage, and maintain BIM Execution Plans aligned to client requirements.
  • •Lead BIM kickoff meetings internally and with consultants, and coordinate BIM delivery with project leadership and technical teams.
  • •Set up and administer the Common Data Environment (e.g., ACC or ProjectWise), including permissions, metadata standards, information container structures, and archival processes.
  • •Manage project model coordination, including multidisciplinary clash detection and issue tracking using Navisworks, Revizto, and ACC Model Coordination.
  • •Oversee digital technology implementation and quality governance (ISO 19650), including BIM model audits, data integrity checks, validation routines, and digital risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Information Management, or equivalent with +6 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience with BIM and digital delivery for complex new-builds and major renovations, including formal BIM Manager experience (preferred: 8+ years).
  • •Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and related BIM standards.
  • •Advanced skills in Revit, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, Navisworks, Revizto, and ACC Model Coordination.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering BIM for large, multidisciplinary projects; strong leadership and communication skills (preferred).
