Job Summary

Serve as a plan-based private client advisor within the Key Private Client Program, owning the full client relationship and helping clients reach financial wellness goals. Assess client needs, document information, and deliver or refer investment and insurance solutions for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Build referral pipelines through prospecting and centers of influence, partner with branch teams, support branch operations, and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide client advice and customized recommendations by listening for financial wellness opportunities and delivering or referring investment and insurance solutions.
•Build and document a client referral pipeline through prospecting, identifying centers of influence, and creating strong connections with internal and external partners.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to lead meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit, as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and support branch operations including assisting with teller-line transactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Interpersonal interaction skills with the ability to build rapport quickly (required).
•FINRA S6, FINRA S63, FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE), and Life & Health Insurance licenses upon hire (required).
