Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the planning, design, and maintenance of semiconductor facility systems, including HVAC, cleanrooms, deionized water treatment, hazardous gas distribution, compressed air, process cooling water, industrial waste treatment, exhaust abatement, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure.
  • •Maintain cleanroom environments (ISO 14644) regarding temperature, humidity, and contamination control.
  • •Oversee and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of tool installation projects, ensuring alignment with semiconductor manufacturing requirements, facility layouts, operational timelines, and compliance with NFPA and safety standards.
  • •Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety standards; fire codes (NFPA); local and industry regulations; and company policies.
  • •Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of facility systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.
  • •5+ years’ experience in semiconductor cleanroom design, HVAC systems, process utilities, and environmental controls.
  • •Proven experience with project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
