  • •Lead a small, senior engineering team building production LLM systems
  • •Shape the technical vision for AI at Wise: architecture, evaluation, and production integration of new research
  • •Partner closely with embedded Data Science, PM, Analyst and Prompt Engineering functions
  • •Stay close to the latest tech with hands-on system design and architecture
  • •Be a thought leader on AI engineering at Wise

Pay and Benefits

Salary: HUF 2,000,000 - 2,550,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years leading engineering teams
  • •Strong hands-on experience in Java and modern tech stacks (REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, CI/CD)
  • •Solid understanding of LLM engineering (RAG, vector databases & embeddings, prompt/context engineering, evaluation methods, guardrails)
  • •Passion for AI and production-scale systems
  • •Excellent collaboration across functions and teams
