Job Summary

Lead commercial finance as a trusted strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, supporting the Commercial organization and go-to-market initiatives. Own end-to-end FP&A and decision support across market opportunities, contracts, pricing, customer acquisition, and market expansion through financial modeling, forecasts, dashboards, and executive-ready analyses. Optimize incentive compensation design, resource allocation, and performance tracking while partnering cross-functionally with BD, Sales, Service, Operations, Marketing, and Product.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide end-to-end finance support to drive informed business decisions across pricing, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
•Deliver strategic deal desk support for opportunities, focusing on revenue optimization and profitability analysis.
•Partner with stakeholders across BD, Sales, Marketing, and Product to align financial planning with commercial objectives.
•Prepare and present financial analyses and forecasts, communicating key trends, risks, and opportunities to executives.
•Create dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to track operational and financial metrics for go-to-market performance and incentives impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 237,600 - 290,400 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of FP&A experience supporting Business Development/New Venture/Partnership teams.
•Experience influencing C-level stakeholders, ideally working closely with CFO and C-suite roles.
•Ability to set up finance support across partnerships contracts, pricing, planning, forecasting, and reporting.
•Operational finance expertise working with Sales organizations, including goal/quota setting, ROI establishment, and incentives.
•Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite to deliver insights quickly.
