Job Summary

Define and own how complex systems are delivered to customers by turning business outcomes into technical plans and day-to-day execution across Forward Deployed Engineering, researchers, and customer engineers. Lead end-to-end delivery without direct management: embed with customers, map workflows, sequence interdependent workstreams, drive readiness and change management, and ensure components ship on time. Codify reusable solution patterns and run pre/post ROI measurement to drive adoption and measurable customer impact.

•Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent workstreams, translating business objectives into roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
•Run day-to-day engineering execution across Forward Deployed Engineering and customer teams, keeping progress unblocked and sequenced while making real-time trade-offs.
•Embed with customer teams to land production deployments and drive adoption by mapping workflows, shaping tools/integrations, and leading onboarding and change management.
•Partner with Product and Research to ensure platform components and research workstreams land in time to support deployment goals.
•Codify solution patterns and evals, and own value cases and ROI using impact hypotheses, baselines, KPIs, and pre/post-deployment measurement.

•7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
•Proven experience leading large, complex, high-stakes customer engagements where outcomes depended on tight coordination and fast decisions, ideally involving AI.
•Ability to work effectively in high-ambiguity environments and simplify complex, dynamic work.
•Strong ability to move between system-level understanding and execution detail, including mapping customer workflows/data and sketching architectures to reach shipped systems.
•Experience shipping AI/LLM systems, with understanding of solution patterns, integration basics, and production pitfalls.
