Job Summary

Lead enterprise program planning in the EPMO to translate business strategy into executable programs and projects. Capture strategic vision, decompose roadmaps into workstreams, and manage program portfolios with metrics across financials, risk, resources, and dependencies. Evaluate risks using enterprise risk management practices, drive continuous process improvement, and coach other project managers. May lead and develop a team while managing budgets, initiatives, and people change management plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and help draft business strategic plans, decomposing strategy into programs/workstreams and executing via change management techniques.
•Manage and track the program portfolio with program-level metrics for financials, risk, and resources, including identifying and resolving dependencies.
•Direct and evaluate program management vision and build executable projects for inclusion in the enterprise master plan/schedule.
•Assess risk at multiple levels using enterprise risk management best practices and drive continuous process improvement.
•May lead and develop a team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, training, and development.

Key Requirements

•Advanced knowledge of general banking operations (e.g., deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management) preferred.
•Advanced experience with EPMO functions including governance, resource capacity management, talent development, and technology program management, plus drafting strategic plans.
