Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end data implementation engagements with utility customers, scoping requirements through live data flowing into the platform.
  • •Set up and configure customer data infrastructure per Gridsight's implementation process.
  • •Map and transform incoming customer data to Gridsight schemas, validating outputs to quality standards.
  • •Review customer data against expected schemas and quality standards, run/monitor required pipelines, and provide constructive feedback.
  • •Support product and internal tooling by identifying implementation patterns and productizing implementation/transformation logic, including documentation and playbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of professional experience in data engineering/analytics engineering/technical consulting with direct customer or stakeholder engagement.
  • •Advanced SQL for analyzing, validating, and wrangling complex datasets.
  • •Proficiency in Python for data transformation, validation, and scripting.
  • •Experience with dbt (or similar ELT/ETL frameworks) and working within data pipelines.
  • •Ability to lead customer-facing technical engagements and drive deliveries to completion with clear communication.
