Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programmes, including base pay structures, incentive plans, job evaluations, and salary review processes.
  • •Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analysis to keep compensation competitive and aligned with market practice.
  • •Analyze compensation data and prepare reports and recommendations to support decision-making for HR and business leaders.
  • •Partner with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to ensure compensation processes are managed accurately and efficiently.
  • •Support annual compensation cycles, compliance requirements, compensation governance, and EMEA projects such as EU Pay Transparency and Gender Pay Gap initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation programme administration.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly.
