Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver project management commissions as part of Turner & Townsend’s occupier fit out team.
  • •Establish overall success criteria (time, cost, technical and performance parameters) for projects.
  • •Lead compliance for quality, safety, health and environment across project commissions.
  • •Develop project planning and governance processes, including producing detailed project plans and managing cross-functional teams.
  • •Manage project finances and contract administration, including claims resolution and disputes, and prepare formal progress reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Ideally professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture.
  • •Experience at a senior management position.
  • •Ideally a member of a professional body such as RICS, APM or CIOB.
  • •Experience working with leading consultancies.
  • •Experience delivering CAT A/CAT B office projects and leading teams on schemes in excess of 60,000 sqft.
