Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve daily production goals with focus on safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity.
  • •Support the epoxy process by performing tasks such as loading, unloading, grinding, demasking, and other assigned duties.
  • •Comply with environment, health, and safety guidelines and sustain 5S+ in the area.
  • •Hang busbars using a wire tie tool, inspect using gauges/tape measures, and remove caps/tab tape and excess powder.
  • •Match completed busbars with correct paperwork and plating type, scan barcodes to track material, and flex to other epoxy-related areas as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • •Must currently reside within 50 miles of the work location (no relocation benefit).
  • •No employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position (no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, F-1 to H-1B, O-1, E-3, TN, I-485 support).
  • •Minimum 3 months of manufacturing experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum 3 months of experience operating a powered industrial vehicle (e.g., forklift) and using hand and air tools.
