Key Requirements

  • •Deep experience with configuration management, feature flagging, and/or experimentation platforms at large scale.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python, Rust and/or Go.
  • •Experience designing experimentation frameworks for A/B testing at scale, including randomization, assignment, metrics pipelines, and statistical analysis.
  • •Experience with dynamic configuration systems and safe rollout mechanisms such as gradual rollouts, kill switches, and targeting rules.
