Key Responsibilities

  • •Own fleet uptime and performance by deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting antennas and analyzing uptime/performance trends.
  • •Operate and grow the Network Operations Center: monitor site health, interpret telemetry, send commands/configurations, and enable rapid detection and response.
  • •Lead hardware deployment campaigns at remote sites, serving as the on-site point of contact from pre-deploy through site checkout.
  • •Investigate failures with root-cause analysis, implement fixes, and build deep expertise across RF, power, networking, or mechanical subsystems.
  • •Scale the global contractor ecosystem by sourcing, contracting, and onboarding regional partners and defining maintenance/sparing strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related engineering discipline.
  • •Experience building, testing, operating, or diagnosing complex electrical or mechanical systems.
  • •Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines and diverse teams.
  • •Experience operating hardware systems in a live environment, including interpreting telemetry, sending commands, and real-time troubleshooting.
