Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end product design for RiskOS — from early-stage discovery through pixel-perfect delivery — collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  • •Lead design for AI-assisted and AI-driven capabilities inside RiskOS: AI explanations, recommended next steps, guided pathways, and dynamic workflows.
  • •Partner with product, engineering, and data/ML teams to define how intelligence shows up in the product, including UX patterns, interaction models, evaluation, iteration, and safe deployment.
  • •Raise the overall design quality bar through craft, critique, and high standards across the team.
  • •Mentor and develop junior and mid-level designers; contribute to and evolve the design system.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 210,000 - 245,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7–10+ years of product design experience, with a significant portion spent on enterprise B2B applications.
  • •Proven track record designing AI-powered features in production, including explanations/interpretability UX, recommendations, guided pathways, or workflow automation.
  • •Enterprise fintech/identity domain familiarity or experience designing for regulated environments.
  • •Design systems fluency; experience contributing to or owning a design system and maintaining consistency across a team.
  • •Portfolio demonstrating craft in enterprise product contexts; ability to translate complex data workflows into usable interfaces.
