Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive technical support for planning and monitoring business analysis work, including stakeholder identification and requirements management.
  • •Oversee stakeholder engagement to identify and verify needs, concerns, and the business environment through interviews and documentation.
  • •Manage complex conflicts, issues, and changes to requirements to align stakeholders and project teams on solution scope and communication/knowledge maintenance.
  • •Manage the business need end-to-end: refine and clarify it, design and produce an implementable solution scope, and oversee development of the business case.
  • •Prioritize and validate solution requirements by analyzing current-state needs, identifying improvements, and overseeing solution deployment to confirm business needs are met.

Key Requirements

  • •College or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience in business change initiatives, including operations, IT, and product development.
  • •Authoritative knowledge of business analysis and business analyst function competencies, including change initiatives in large, complex projects.
  • •Excellent leadership, analytical, conflict management, negotiation, and organizational skills to develop and monitor business process plans.
  • •Ability to translate broad strategic intent into tactical plans, directions, and standards/best practices.
  • •Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to consult stakeholders and verify documented needs.
