Job Summary

Serve as Chief of Staff to the BBN President, supporting action management, operational and staffing reviews, and cross-company strategic engagements. Lead and coordinate executive-level initiatives, facilitate alignment across the BBN Leadership Team, develop briefing materials, track business/project metrics, and drive execution of projects that improve operations. This hybrid role requires coordination across RTX/BBN stakeholders and engagement with senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with the BBN President on short- and long-term organizational goals aligned to broader strategy.
•Support, manage, and drive BBN operational reviews, staffing reviews, and RTX engagements.
•Manage and coordinate staff actions and new operational projects at the BBN Leadership Team level.
•Lead or support cross-functional working groups and business initiatives to execute deliverables.
•Develop and track business and operational metrics, and facilitate communication/alignment across the leadership team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or greater in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or similar; or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years’ experience.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.
•Experience working on Department of Defense/Intelligence Community Science and Technology (S&T) programs.
•Experience engaging with senior business leaders and executives.
