Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the BBN President on short- and long-term organizational goals aligned to broader strategy.
  • •Support, manage, and drive BBN operational reviews, staffing reviews, and RTX engagements.
  • •Manage and coordinate staff actions and new operational projects at the BBN Leadership Team level.
  • •Lead or support cross-functional working groups and business initiatives to execute deliverables.
  • •Develop and track business and operational metrics, and facilitate communication/alignment across the leadership team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or greater in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or similar; or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years’ experience.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.
  • •Experience working on Department of Defense/Intelligence Community Science and Technology (S&T) programs.
  • •Experience engaging with senior business leaders and executives.
