  • •Lead and direct foremen and craft labor to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of mechanical scopes.
  • •Plan and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor resources to maximize production while controlling costs.
  • •Develop and maintain crew matrices, equipment plans, and production schedules; reconcile actuals against work plans and budgets.
  • •Partner with robotics/automation teams to deploy automated installation equipment and provide feasibility feedback that informs design and playbooks.
  • •Enforce safety and quality by ensuring compliance with company, EPC, and OSHA requirements and managing training for high-risk activities.

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Track record leading mechanical construction on utility-scale solar EPC projects, including pile, racking/tracker, and module installation.
  • •Ability to supervise large, multi-crew field operations and manage diverse teams of craft workers and subcontractors.
  • •Strong working knowledge of tools and heavy equipment and how to apply them safely on solar construction sites.
  • •Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • •Solid understanding of job costing and experience tracking and reporting cost performance.
