Key Responsibilities

•Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic customers, becoming the trusted advisor who anticipates challenges, aligns delivery to outcomes, and ensures the hx platform is embedded within each customer’s ecosystem.
•Design and deliver bespoke integrations between hx and customer technologies, including policy administration systems, data warehouses, BI tooling, and identity providers, applying sound architectural judgement.
•Drive customer adoption and platform usage by developing structured value realisation plans that translate technical delivery into measurable business outcomes.
•Build AI-first consulting and delivery artefacts that raise the bar for how the team works, creating reusable frameworks, templates, and innovation outputs.
•Support project margin outcomes by managing delivery scope, surfacing risks early, and coordinating with Customer Success Managers, Delivery Leads, and customer-side technical teams.
