•Process teller transactions accurately and follow established bank procedures.
•Support branch operations including branch balancing, ATM upkeep, and branch opening/closing and vault/alarm procedures under dual control.
•Provide timely, professional customer service; coordinate specialized services and complete point-of-sale documentation for new accounts, loans, and deposits.
•Identify client needs, recommend appropriate products/services, and solicit new business to meet referral growth goals.
•Serve as supervisor on duty when needed and perform duties in line with company policies, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
•Ability to complete active Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration (or secure upon hire), contingent on successful credit report review.
