Key Responsibilities

  • •Support tracking and reporting of the organization’s AI project portfolio, including progress, milestones, and key metrics.
  • •Monitor AI adoption and engagement data and prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate internal AI and Copilot communities by organizing events, workshops, communications, and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • •Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and hands-on sessions to help employees use AI tools effectively.
  • •Collaborate with business teams to identify, document, and prioritize AI use cases, gather user feedback, and support selected AI initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools.
  • •Basic understanding of generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • •Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
