Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide executive oversight for entertainment system operations, including system support, issue resolution, testing, documentation, and training.
  • •Establish scalable service and support models aligned to production schedules, touring demands, and episodic employment cycles; define operational priorities, service levels, and performance metrics.
  • •Oversee day-to-day and escalated support for payroll, timekeeping, onboarding, and workforce management platforms; act as an escalation point for critical incidents.
  • •Ensure comprehensive system testing and release readiness, including UAT, regression testing, and production readiness validation; partner with Technology and Product to validate entertainment-specific requirements.
  • •Create, maintain, and govern standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for system support, payroll processing, exception handling, and compliance workflows, partnering with Compliance/Internal Audit to reduce operational risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of progressive system operations, payroll operations, HR technology, or workforce support experience in a complex, high-volume environment.
  • •5+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers and multi-tier support/operational teams.
  • •Demonstrated experience with enterprise payroll, workforce management, timekeeping, and/or HRIS platforms including support, troubleshooting, testing, and production readiness.
  • •Proven experience leading incident management, root-cause analysis, escalation handling, service level management, and system testing/operational readiness (UAT, regression, release validation).
