Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition (MAS9769)

Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles, owning sourcing through onboarding and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Manage and mentor a small recruiter team while serving as TA lead for a division. Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategy, building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and driving metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
