Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business stakeholders and process owners to understand objectives, analyze business/system processes, and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with Eaton standards, governance frameworks, and global solution strategies.
  • •Lead and support multiple concurrent APAC initiatives, from application enhancements and repeatable deployments to large-scale transformation programs.
  • •Deliver requirements analysis, solution design, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful business outcomes and operational excellence.
  • •Work with IT teams, vendors, and global governance groups to align initiatives with governance and transition solutions to operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • •7+ years of IT experience in functional/business/systems analysis, project delivery, and application implementation.
  • •Experience supporting complex, cross-functional and multi-country initiatives across HR, finance, CRM, order management, customer service, or similar platforms.
  • •Experience leading or supporting full project lifecycles: requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, stakeholder management, and transition to operations.
  • •Advanced English proficiency to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders in a cross-cultural environment.
