Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support requirements and algorithm development, system-level designs, and system-level models using MBSE.
•Author testable requirements and associated verification approaches aligned with appropriate verification methods.
•Perform integration and test activities in-house or at site locations.
•Utilize DOORS to manage requirements lifecycle, including Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Change Notices (CNs), and attend configuration control boards.
•Innovate automated test execution and data analysis using scripting tools and combinations of Python, MATLAB, and COTS products, while collaborating with program and customer leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM (obtained by start date).
•Experience with one or more: Python and C++, Linux, test automation, data analysis, MATLAB, scripting, embedded systems, signal processing, and systems integration.
•Experience with Agile development and system engineering practices, including understanding Agile roles.
•Experience developing, designing, and architecting complex military systems, including systems and software requirements planning and execution.
•Experience with requirements management databases such as DOORS, including linking requirements to test procedures.
