Payroll Officer (6-month FTC)

Administer and validate restaurant-level payroll for approximately 2,000 team members, ensuring accurate, timely salary and wage payments in line with relevant legislation. Import and reconcile hours, salaries, deductions, leave, bonuses, and AODs using Sage 300 and HR/Finance inputs, manage payroll queries within 24 hours, and prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, journals, and SARS documentation (IRP5/IT3).
