Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement site-based EHS programs and manage ongoing EHS standards implementation.
  • •Deliver and track health and safety training for onsite employees and contingent workers, maintaining accurate training records.
  • •Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and maintain related documentation and records.
  • •Provide functional direction to contracted services and build cross-functional relationships with site teams and vendors.
  • •Support incident investigations and root cause analyses, manage injury case management, review work procedures for risk levels, and make safety recommendations for facility design and work procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS).
  • •Alternatively, a BS degree in safety or health sciences (or related) plus 3+ years of experience.
  • •Experience developing, managing, and executing EHS programs, including leading incident investigations and mitigation.
  • •Ability to identify and ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and company health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • •Highly desired: 10+ years in EHS, mission-critical environment experience, and familiarity with NFPA 70E, federal regulations, and/or environmental permitting; EHS certifications (BCSP or equivalent) and procedure-based work experience.
