Associate Operations Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations for a cloud kitchen facility, leading and training a dedicated team while managing order fulfillment and customer service. Drive partner onboarding and retention by serving as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners and planning launch support. Use data and KPI reporting to help facility leadership make decisions, manage and report facility P&L, and ensure reliable building maintenance through inspections, upkeep, and coordination with vendors.
