Key Responsibilities

•Build comprehensive solutions in ServiceNow FSO and CSM modules, including Portal, Virtual Assistant, Mobile, and Service Operations Workspace (SOW).
•Design system components using architectural best practices focused on scalability, reliability, and performance.
•Investigate system failures, propose design improvements, and drive operational enhancements.
•Ensure software quality by owning delivery outcomes, minimizing customer impact, and performing code reviews to engineering standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
•At least three years of ServiceNow development experience.
•Experience with client and server-side scripting in ServiceNow using JavaScript.
•Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS for portal development.
•Familiarity with ServiceNow Mobile Studio and building mobile-friendly features.
