Key Responsibilities

  • •Own learning content across technical skills, strategic/business capabilities, and product enablement.
  • •Build onboarding from first week to independent customer work, including practical technical and strategic bootcamps.
  • •Own program roadmap, curriculum, contributor model, regional delivery, tools, measurement, and the central team.
  • •Scale useful programs for larger cohorts while maintaining quality and avoiding generic content.
  • •Build the instructor network, hire the team needed for several hundred FDEs, and ensure readiness standards and knowledge management across regions.
