Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Service Manager (SMO) team to provide excellent service and support to Private Banking Relationship Managers (PBRM).
•Lead and drive the SMO team’s transaction banking business by building and maintaining client relationships.
•Identify wealth opportunities and refer business to PBRM as appropriate.
•Ensure excellent customer service that exceeds client expectations.
•Comply with regulations and operation guidelines while managing financial crime risk.

Key Requirements

•Years of frontline sales experience in financial services and relationship management experience managing high net worth client portfolios (preferred).
•Proven years of sales supervisory experience in a management capacity with an outstanding track record.
•Strong knowledge of wealth management products, including insurance and investment, with expertise in financial planning and customer portfolio management.
•Hold required insurance and investment licenses.
•Fluent in English and Cantonese (Putonghua knowledge preferred).
