Job Summary

Drive operational excellence using RTX’s in-house CORE continuous improvement program. Train teams, support CORE councils and sub-committees, and partner with Operations to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions. Build Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards, collect and analyze operational data, and support digitalization/automation with Microsoft Power Platform. Model and evaluate manufacturing process improvements using FlexSim or similar simulation tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Use continuous improvement tools and the CORE in-house program to drive organizational excellence across EH&S, Quality, and Customer Satisfaction.
•Train and prepare teams on the CORE continuous improvement program, and lead/participate in TOS CORE Council reviews.
•Support CORE sub-committees and partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
•Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and performance reports to enable data-driven decision making.
•Support digitalization and automation using Microsoft Power Platform; analyze operational data and develop FlexSim-based simulation models to evaluate manufacturing process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Industrial Engineering (other related engineering/technical disciplines considered).
•2–5 years experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, industrial engineering, manufacturing, data analytics, digitalization, or related operational environment (entry level welcomed).
•Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
•Hands-on experience with continuous improvement tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Process Mapping, Standard Work, and Visual Management.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate) and experience developing dashboards and automating workflows.
