Key Responsibilities

  • •Reviews project work activities to ensure support of project milestones; develops micro-phasing schedules and coordinates the various parties to completion.
  • •Participates in discussions with designers, contractors and other third-party entities to identify project risks and develop mitigation recommendations.
  • •Reviews contractor pay applications to ensure consistency with schedule updates and progress documents.
  • •Coordinates cost recording, monitoring, and reporting practices for compliance with standards and accuracy.
  • •Coordinates development of schedule resource loading and leveling, and the schedule development, maintenance and monitoring activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 175,000 annually
