Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build AI agents to automate manual and repetitive Commerce Operations tasks.
  • •Implement agent orchestration and agent-to-agent integrations using frameworks and standards such as LangGraph/LangChain and A2A/MCP.
  • •Design secure API integrations with commerce platforms and enterprise data sources, including REST/GraphQL, webhooks, and error handling.
  • •Build and optimize RAG pipelines, implement guardrails and human approval gates, and ensure reliability, safety, and cost control.
  • •Own evaluation, observability, deployment, and production operations (CI/CD, monitoring, rollback) and measure business impact using key operational metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in software engineering or related enterprise work.
  • •Experience building and deploying LLM-powered or agentic AI applications in production.
  • •Strong Python skills and experience with LLM/agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs.
  • •Practical expertise in RAG, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and agent or workflow orchestration.
  • •Experience with API and system integrations (REST, GraphQL, event-driven services, authentication) and leading technical delivery with cross-functional teams.
