Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical ownership of manufacturing equipment and electrical/automation systems.
  • •Review equipment performance and identify issues or future jobs; prepare plans for down days and future upgrades/outages.
  • •Improve electrical and automation performance and reliability through planned projects and input from operators and crafts.
  • •Develop long-term solutions and mitigation plans for equipment breakdown root causes and provide troubleshooting support during breakdowns.
  • •Prepare detailed schedules and project plans for major equipment outages; support continuous improvement projects and provide technical specifications for procurement and risk planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) required.
  • •Strong communication skills.
  • •Understanding of drawings.
  • •Strong troubleshooting experience.
  • •Troubleshooting/combustion experience.
