Coordinate day-to-day operations of the APRN and health sciences simulation center, ensuring learners, faculty, and staff have an exceptional hands-on experience. Oversee simulation assets, AV/recording, and standardized patient resources; manage staffing, training, policies, vendor relationships, and service contracts. Lead compliance with privacy and safety requirements, support budgeting and accreditation-related processes, and drive continuous improvement through reviews, metrics, and scenario scheduling.

•Supervise assigned staff with support, goal setting, training, and coaching; lead center-wide equipment/safety training.
•Ensure operational policies and accreditation-related protocols are in place, recommending procedural updates to program leads.
•Lead staffing model and vendor/service contract relationships; oversee budgeting inputs such as forecasting and cost tracking.
