  • •Ensure accurate optioning and inventory updates during assessments.
  • •Perform high-quality imaging of wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites and support wholesale auction preparation.
  • •Complete vehicle secures and confirmations, verifying appraisal details and resolving discrepancies.
  • •Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, and lot merchandising as needed, and support onboarding new associates.
