Job Summary

Assess and document vehicle cosmetic and mechanical conditions to support accurate appraisals, optioning, and inventory updates. Perform wholesale vehicle imaging for CarMax websites, complete vehicle securing and confirmations, and resolve appraisal discrepancies. Collaborate with Buyers, Senior Buyers, Purchasing Managers, and inventory teams, including lot merchandising and supporting wholesale auction operations. Ensure compliance with CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and help onboard new associates.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct accurate vehicle assessments, documenting cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisal analysis.
•Ensure correct optioning of vehicles during assessments and inventory updates.
•Perform high-quality imaging of wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites and support wholesale auction preparation and operations.
•Complete vehicle secures and confirmations, verifying appraisal details and resolving discrepancies.
•Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, lot merchandising, and onboarding while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 27.2 hourly
