Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain ground-up sustainment plans for the product(s) you support
  • •Collaborate with customers, operations teams, and cross-functional engineering teams to define, implement, and improve maintenance and repair strategies
  • •Ensure up-to-date maintenance procedures, tools, and technical manuals to support field sustainment operations
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for all sustainment-related matters within your product team
  • •Create and maintain SBOM and other sustainment artifacts to centralize sustainment data

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in product support, sustainment engineering, or systems engineering in a high-rigor environment (defense, aerospace, advanced robotics, or complex industrial systems)
  • •Hands-on proficiency with CAD software and PLM tools for engineering data, changes, and configurations
  • •Foundational understanding of Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements and concepts (e.g., maintenance planning, supply support, technical data management, support equipment, training, facilities)
  • •Familiarity with military standards, specifications, and regulatory compliance related to product support and sustainment
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to synthesize technical data into clear, actionable recommendations
