Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive product from the press, stack and place on pallets, run bundling machines, and print pallet labels with Pecas.
  • •Review work for quality and accuracy, ensure jobs are complete and error-free, and pull product samples for quality auditors as required.
  • •Support downtime activities: webbing the press, assisting operators when the press is down, blowing out the Hugo Beck, and performing cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.
  • •Perform make-ready tasks such as purging stacks and Hugo Beck, changing rollers/stacker components, installing print unit cassettes, and handling inks/solvents.
  • •As applicable, perform rollstand tasks (mounting rolls, viscosity checks, varnish drum changes) and forklift material handling (safe loading/unloading, paperwork, and reporting incidents).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) and 1 to 3 years of related production experience and/or training, or an equivalent education/experience combination.
  • •Very good mechanical and physical ability to perform production tasks safely.
  • •Lift truck operator safety training and the ability to maintain required safety training for operating company equipment.
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform prolonged standing, stooping, bending, reaching, and other physical tasks.
  • •Ability to work rotating shifts and be available to work more than 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week as needed.
