Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing, payment application, dispute, and documentation issues.

  • •Monitor customer portfolios to mitigate loss exposure by ensuring compliance with approved credit lines; recommend credit line changes and run DNB credit references.
