Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage monthly payroll cycles across multiple countries, entities, and employment arrangements.
  • •Prepare and validate payroll inputs (salaries, new hires, terminations, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and leave).
  • •Review payroll calculations and reports to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies before approval.
  • •Coordinate with local payroll vendors, EOR partners, and internal teams to complete payroll on schedule.
  • •Maintain payroll documentation, reconciliation records, and audit trails; build and improve payroll SOPs, controls, and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on payroll experience, ideally supporting employees across multiple countries or entities.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll operations, including payroll inputs, calculations, reconciliation, and statutory requirements.
  • •Experience working with external payroll providers and/or Employer of Record (EOR) partners.
  • •Strong attention to detail working with sensitive employee and compensation data.
  • •Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with payroll data and reconciliation work.
