Key Responsibilities

•Provide regional leadership for commercial strategy, pricing discipline, and governance across the Water portfolio, including price-to-win development and commercial positioning.
•Partner with Strategic Growth, Legal, and Business Line leadership to support go/no-go decision-making and ensure alignment of commercial and delivery objectives.
•Lead and influence pricing governance across pursuits and project delivery to protect value and drive profitable outcomes.
•Coach and mentor regional leaders to strengthen commercial capability and ensure high-quality commercial performance.
•Serve as the final authority for pricing and regional governance, delivering executive-level commercial updates and risk assessments.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 272,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
•15+ years of relevant experience in commercial leadership, project delivery, pricing, or governance.
•Strong understanding of contractual frameworks and project lifecycles; ability to lead pricing strategy and governance.
•Ability to travel within the region.
•Strong communication skills and executive presence; ability to coach leaders.
