Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machine tools and material transport systems to produce in-process and finished dimensions.
  • •Interpret complex prints, gages, programs, and set-up documents; use comparators to verify geometry.
  • •Assemble and preset tools using indicators, surface plates, micrometers, optical tool pre-setters, and fixtures.
  • •Perform dimensional inspections and standard CMM checks to confirm conformance to specifications and maintain required documentation.
  • •Monitor cutting operations, observe control panel indicators, analyze root cause of errors, implement corrective actions, and maintain lot control traceability.

Salary: USD 37.35 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Euclid, Ohio; no relocation benefit is provided.
  • •Minimum 6 years set-up and operation of precision CNC equipment, including 2 years on precision 4- or 5-axis CNC milling.
  • •Minimum 6 years GD&T experience.
  • •Pass an Eaton vision test and become a Certified Operator.
