Key Responsibilities

•Own pipeline contribution for assigned events and define target lists, opportunities, and follow-up with Sales.
•Design event programs with a clear path to sourced pipeline and ensure follow-up motion for each event.
•Track SAOs sourced, pipeline influenced, and deals accelerated; use data to improve future ROI.
•Ensure Salesforce campaign setup, lead capture, and post-event follow-up sequences are in place.
•Oversee end-to-end event management including agency relationships, timelines, budgets, and on-site execution.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 90,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of B2B event marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or technology.
•Proven track record connecting event activity to pipeline and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
•Experience managing both the operational and marketing sides of events.
•Strong grasp of demand generation principles: ABM, segmentation, lead scoring, and follow-up motions.
•Excellent project management instincts; ability to plan timelines, anticipate dependencies, and flag issues before they become fires.
